Phylacteries or Tefillin, a devout Jew item, was thought to be a bomb by some passengers onboard US Air running away LaGuardia to Louisville. It then forced the plane to divert and emergency land at Philadelphia. Phylacteries or Tefillin are believed to be used in the Jewish religion, everywhere they strap 2 black boxes to their head and arms and can be easily mistaken as a bomb.

The Philadelphia Police Department have now confirmed that it is not a bomb, all passengers have been safely deplaned.
