Washington Capitals star Alex Ovechkin was given a two-day suspension by the NHL as sanction for his hit on Brian Campbell,Chicago Blackhawks defenseman, in the first period of Sunday’s 4-3 overtime win. It is the third time that Ovechkin has received a suspension. During the last time, he was suspended in two games.
